The hotel had a lovely atmosphere and an amazing staff that really made my stay enjoyable. I appreciated being close to nature, with the Periyar National Park just around the corner. However, the rooms unfortunately showed signs of wear, and there was quite a bit of noise during the night from nearby equipment. Overall, it's a mixed experience where the charm of the place shone through despite some shortcomings.
